THERE IS A KNOWN BILLING SYSTEM ERROR. PRINTED BILLS (not E-bills or online statements) are reflecting base charges without usage.
We have done our best to rectify all billing issues and have re-sent e-bills (bills via email only- this does not apply to paper bills)…
Charges ARE reflected correctly in the Timberlake Office billing system and in your online billing portal, but not in the printed bill sent by mail. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR BILL, OR BELIEVE THERE IS NO USAGE STATED WHEN THERE SHOULD BE, PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE TO GET A CORRECT BALANCE!
