BILLS DO NOT SHOW USEAGE
***ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS****
PAPER AND EMAIL BILLS ARE NOT REFLECTING USAGE
THERE IS A KNOWN BILLING SYSTEM ERROR that caused all printed bills to be printed without any usage. We have spoken with the billing company and rectified the charges in our system, but PRINTED BILLS will only reflect base charges.
Charges ARE reflected correctly in the Timberlake Office billing system and in your online billing portal, just not in the printed bill that was sent in the mail.
Because of this issue, ebills (bills we send via EMAIL ONLY) are delayed, as only ebills are still showing inaccurate information, and we are hesitant to send them without correction. If we cannot rectify the issue, we may not be able to send ebills, but we are working towards a resolution. Please be patient. We will provide an update next week.
