WHAT IS THE ELECTION COMMITTEE?
The Election Committee helps prepare mailing materials and count the ballots of all elections authorized by the Timberlake Board of Directors. After ballots have been counted, the Committee then reports the results to the Board of Directors. In addition, the Committee may be charged with the safeguarding of the ballots, the accuracy of the count, and reporting results to the membership at the Annual Meeting.
