PAPER BIILING FEE & ELECTRONIC CONSENT FORM REQUIREMENTS
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, ALL TIMBERLAKE MEMBERS WILL RECEIVE A PAPER BILL INCLUDING A $1.50 PAPER BILLING FEE. IN THE BILL ENVELOPE IS A NEW ELECTRONIC CONSENT FORM THAT IS NOW REQUIRED BY LAW TO GRANT TIMBERLAKE CC PERMISSION TO SEND BILLS AND OTHER OFFICIAL COMMUNICATIONS VIA EMAIL.
