BILL PAY/VOICEMAIL ISSUES AND FIXES

WE HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING ISSUES WITH OUR VOICEMAIL AND BILLPAY SYSTEM. THERE IS A SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE FOR THE BILLPAY ON JANUARY 12-13, 2026. During this time, users may be unable to log in and Quick Pay may be inaccessible. We are hopeful that this will resolve things.
