TCC New Office Building

A NEW TIMBERLAKE OFFICE IS IN THE WORKS!

In 2023, a new office building and budget were approved by the members and the board of directors. Members were notified, and funding has been reserved accordingly. As of December 2025, the new office building project is being reevaluated and researched to afford the most fiscally responsible solution, while providing much-needed proper accommodations, ensuring the safety of staff and community members, as well as allowing appropriate privacy for confidentiality purposes.

FIRST MEETING: MON, JAN 19TH 6PM @MPC ALL OTHER MEETINGS WILL BE ON THE 3RD TUESDAY OF THE MONTH. WELCOME!

The Office Refresh Committee is a newly formed, short-term group tasked to take a “fresh” look at our Multi-Purpose Center Office Spaces and how they may be improved. Our existing MPC Office and Storage Spaces are woefully undersized. We will be looking for solutions to provide better functioning spaces with the intention of being frugal and responsible to the membership. A Town Hall meeting is intended for the general membership as part of our work.  We will be reporting options and recommendations along with costs to the TCC Board of Directors. All are welcome to our meetings which will be on the third Tuesday of the month, with our first meeting on January 20th @ 6:00pm at the MPC. We welcome your participation, oversight and ideas!  Thank You!
