3/13/2026 UPDATE

The Office Refresh Committee has good news to report. We have studied 10 separate sites around TCC for possible use for a new or revised existing Office location. From this work, the search has been narrowed down to 5 sites that will be estimated and included in our final report to the Board of Directors. We are studying these various sites so the Board can choose from locations around TCC. The Final Report will basically have three sections, which are 1) LOCATIONS: Five sites and their associated costs, 2) STRUCTURES: Different types of building or renovations and their costs, and 3) Additional Considerations. This last section will talk about such things as the funding for this project or any additional costs that may be needed to run a new building and other items yet to be identified. The five sites identified to carry forward for further study, in no specific order are:

·         Existing Multi-Purpose Building Addition (MPC)

·         Div 5 – Lot 3 Lot across from Big Lake Swim Area

·         South Spinger Park, next to the parking lot

·         North Springer Park, at the existing ball field

·         Lot 152, SW corner of E Timberlake Dr & E Lakeshore Dr W

1/27/26 UPDATE: 

The Office Refresh Committee is a Board-created, short-term group tasked to take a “fresh” overall look at our Multi-Purpose Center office spaces and how they may be improved. Our existing MPC office and storage spaces are inefficient and inadequate. This committee will be looking for solutions to provide spaces that work better, with the intention of being frugal and responsible to the membership. A Town Hall meeting on this topic will be held for the general membership as part of our effort. We will be reporting options, recommendations, and costs at Board meetings, which are open to all members of the community as observers, to help the TCC Board of Directors make the most informed decisions.

In the first meeting on January 19, with 10 members actively participating, various locations were identified as possibilities for improved office facilities. All members are welcome to attend the Office Refresh Committee meetings. We welcome your participation and ideas! Your support and interest in this project are greatly appreciated.
