Little Timberlake, or “Little Lake,” serves as a tranquil spot for residents to enjoy with non-motorized water vessels only. Here, members take in nature, relax, fish from one of the two docks, and swim during the summertime. Surrounding the lake are tall trees and benches where people can sit and take in the serene atmosphere and listen to the fountain from the lake in the Spring and Summer. There are several picnic tables at the water’s edge here, as well as some swings for children.

The Timberlake Community takes pride in offering its residents a wide array of amenities to enhance their living experience. From the tranquility of two scenic lakes where members can take part in a multitude of watersports and/or boating, kayaking, and more, to the lush greenery of six meticulously maintained parks, our community offers a fantastic assortment of valuable green spaces to enjoy activities such as walking, jogging, disc golf, basketball, tennis, and picnicking. Convenient, private access to saltwater adds another dimension of enjoyment for all residents, like open-water boating and crabbing. With these and our friendly Multipurpose Center at the heart of the community, there are plenty of opportunities for fun, relaxation, and recreation.

Big Timberlake, or simply “Big Lake,” as locals call it, is well-known for its scenic beauty and fun activities. With 82 acres of freshwater, it's a popular spot for members and guests. You can enjoy picnics, fishing, kayaking, boating, waterskiing, and more at Big Lake.
