Billing System Outage

📢 IMPORTANT BILLING SYSTEM UPDATE

We wanted to provide our members with an update regarding the ongoing billing system outage.

Unfortunately, both our online payment portal and automated phone payment system are still down. We have been in contact with our billing provider and are continuing to wait for them to resolve the issue and restore services.

In the meantime, members can still make payments by calling our office directly. Our staff can manually process payments over the phone.

✅ LATE FEES & PENALTIES: We understand this outage has caused an inconvenience for many of our members. Please rest assured that no late fees or penalties will be assessed due to this system outage. A grace period will be provided to ensure members are not penalized for circumstances beyond their control.

We sincerely appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as we work through this issue. We will provide another update as soon as the system is back up and running.
