Halloween Decorating Contest!

Boo to all those Timberlakers out there.

How would some of you like to be the best haunted decorators this Halloween season? Well, enter Timberlake’s Halloween House Decorating Contest and WIN CASH PRIZES.

For those signing up, it’s as simple as calling the MPC office (360.427.8928) or just stopping in at the office and asking about how to enter the contest. All you need to do is give your name, phone number, and address. You will then be assigned a “Contestant Number”, which you will need to display the number visibly on your property so potential voters know what number they wish to vote for. You can even creatively incorporate the number somewhere in your decorations. The top three most voted will receive $75 for 1st Place, $50 for 2nd Place, and $25 for 3rd Place.

A map will be created and updated continuously to alert members of the contestants houses. Committee members will try to take best pics and/or videos of the decorated properties… when weather allows it, of course!

For voters, keep visiting online and at the MPC to check for any new participants. When you’re ready to vote in the end, just write down the contestant number on a slip of paper and drop it off at the MPC (2880 E. Timberlake Dr. W.), either with the office staff or in the dropbox at the front door. It’s best to wait until the last week before deadline to vote since some people will need enough time to set up their decorations in their spare time. Rome wasn’t built in a day, you know!

The votes will be counted on November 3rd (weekday) by 5pm and will be announced shortly after. The winners names may be displayed in several ways: Reader Board, Facebook, and/or Timberlake website.
