MEETING SCHEDULE CHANGES

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:

There are no more Board Meetings scheduled for July or August this year.

The Saturday 7/26 Town Hall meeting at the MPC at 12 pm is informational only and will be about the budget and serve as a “Meet & Greet” with the candidates running for the board. It is not a board meeting. There will be no business conducted or votes occurring.

The Sunday, 8/9 Annual Meeting/Picnic at Springer Park will announce election and volunteer of the year results, discuss budgets and happenings from this fiscal year and the upcoming fiscal year.

EFFECTIVE MONDAY 9/7,

Board meetings will now occur the 1st Monday every month at the MPC at 6 pm

AND

EFFECTIVE SAT 9/19:

NEW Combined BOARD / COMMUNITY meetings every 3rd Saturday at the MPC at 10 am.
