You will be sent a link to join via live streaming video the by day of the meeting, or sooner, if one is available.

Documents are posted as they are made available by the BOD, generally at least one week prior to the meeting.

Minutes from the last meeting are typically approved at the next meeting and should be posted within one week afterwards, or as soon as the board provides them to the office.
